智通财经APP讯，信义玻璃(00868)公布，该集团预期于2025年上半年的公司权益持有人应占的综合纯利较2024年上半年的纯利人民币 25.093亿元减少55%至65%。
公告称，预期纯利减少主要由于以下原因： 于2025年上半年，该集团浮法玻璃业务的收益及毛利较2024年上半年持续下降，乃由于(a)中华人民共和国新建物业项目数量大幅下降; (b)浮法玻璃产品需求疲弱;及(c)中国浮法玻璃产品的市场价格受压制;于2025年上半年，应占公司联营公司信义光能控股有限公司的溢利减少;集团于中国的闲置生产设施所产生的减值亏损金额及集团于中国若干生产设施的处置损失金额增加。
