路透新加坡7月18日 - 花旗集团C.N和蚂蚁国际(Ant International)周五表示，两家公司推出了一项试点计划，利用人工智能$(AI)$帮助客户更好地管理外汇风险。
根据一份联合声明，该计划将花旗的固定汇率解决方案与蚂蚁国际的Falcon TST(Falcon Time-Series Transformer)模型相结合。前者被广泛应用于电子商务等领域的银行客户，后者是一种人工智能预测工具，可帮助企业降低外汇对冲成本。
两家公司表示，这项最初为航空客户开发的试点计划目前已在实际交易中投入使用，亚洲一家大型航空公司通过该计划降低了其线上机票销售的固定外汇对冲成本。
蚂蚁国际平台技术部总经理Kelvin Li表示：“蚂蚁国际为试点航司客户节省了30%的对冲成本，这表明人工智能赋能的外汇对冲可以实现成本效益。”
他补充说：“我们很高兴与花旗一起扩展该解决方案，为更多企业和行业提供服务。”
大型银行一直在以更有针对性的方式使用人工智能工具。摩根士丹利 MS.N推出聊天机器人帮助理财顾问与客户互动，美国银行的虚拟助手Erica则专注于零售客户的日常交易处理。(完)
