消息面上，雍禾医疗2024年业绩显示，该公司期内实现收入约18.045亿元，同比增加1.5%；毛利约10.84亿元，同比增加8.7%；净亏损则同比收窄58.6%。此外，今年6月20日，雍禾医疗召开了股东周年大会。此次股东大会，是雍禾治理透明化的重要实践。从近期经营状况与业绩表现来看，雍禾已进入高质量增长新阶段。据悉，2025年，集团持续实施审慎的布店思路，提升内部资源分配和运营效率，采取聚焦高线城市业务的布店策略。截至6月底，集团旗下拥有62家雍禾植发医疗机构及6家史云逊独立门店。
中金此前指出，公司门店布局优化+精细化营销助力运营效率与盈利能力提升。24年公司完成了数字化转型，在降低运营成本的同时提升运营效率和客户体验：AI 技术融入业务试点：公司构建了企业智能知识库引擎，形成“数据—知识—决策”全链路智能解决方案，提升了客户满意度；连锁医疗系统“禾帆”全面落地实施：该系统为集团自主研发，能够通过管理流程闭环实现精细化管理，提升运营效率。展望25年，公司计划进一步深化内部管理改革，通过精细化运营提升效率，持续推动降本增效。
