消息面上，长城证券指出，随着沿海省份2025年海风重点项目清单陆续公示，风电招投标市场火热，一季度以来产业链排产出货良好。欧洲2024年度资源核准授予容量同比增速较高，陆上和海上风电有望迎来高增。大型化趋势和新技术的应用打开整机发展空间，产业链零部件企业也将受益于海风建设提速和海外市场拓展的需求提振。随着大兆瓦新产品的推出，主机环节降本工作持续推进，盈利能力有望边际向好。
东吴证券表示，25年陆风装机景气度共振提升，风机板块受益价稳、成本优化实现盈利反转，铸件叶片等板块具备涨价基础享受较高的盈利弹性。该行指出，25H1陆风招标42GW，同比-12%，整体表现较淡，判断主要是136号文执行后，短期内运营商减缓核准、投决、招标动作，下半年有望重启招标节奏。但考虑136号文执行后风电投资回报性价比较高，预计“十五五”期间陆风需求维持较高水平，26年需求或小幅放缓。
