Heartflow提供一种非侵入性解决方案，用于诊断和管理冠状动脉疾病(CAD)。截至2025年3月31日，Heartflow平台已用于评估超过40万名患者的冠状动脉疾病，仅2024年一年就有13.2万名患者受益。
这款创新平台利用人工智能和先进的计算流体动力学技术，构建患者心脏的个性化3D模型，并提供关于血流、血管狭窄、斑块体积及斑块成分的可操作见解。
这家总部位于加利福尼亚州山景城的公司成立于2007年，在截至2025年3月31日的12个月内实现营收1.36亿美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为HTFL。
Heartflow已于2025年2月6日秘密提交上市申请，摩根大通、摩根士丹利和Piper Sandler担任此次交易的联席账簿管理人。目前公司尚未披露定价条款。
