智通财经APP讯，天图投资(01973)公布，于2025年7月18日，天图资本管理中心、深圳兴宜及云引擎科技订立合伙协议，据此，彼等同意成立温州天图智算股权投资基金，初始承诺资本为人民币3亿元，其中人民币1500万元、2.7亿元及1500万元将分别由天图资本管理中心、深圳兴宜及云引擎科技承担。天图资本管理中心将担任温州天图智算股权投资基金的普通合伙人，而深圳兴宜和云引擎科技将担任其有限合伙人。
公司主要从事私募股权投资及基金管理。温州天图智算股权投资基金的成立为公司提供了一个良好的机会，进一步深化其于数据中心业务及相关服务的投资。与集团单独进行直接投资相比，该机会亦有助于集团利用温州天图智算股权投资基金有限合伙人的承诺资本并进行更大规模的投资。
