当地时间7月19日，央视记者获悉，美国移民与海关执法局（ICE）在获得450亿美元资金后，正加快在全国建设帐篷式移民拘留营，目标在2025年底前将拘留容量从现有4万张床位增至10万张。

　　ICE正优先在军事基地与现有ICE拘留中心设立大型帐篷设施，涉及位于得克萨斯州、科罗拉多州、印第安纳州和新泽西州的一些帐篷设施。包括美国国土安全部部长克里斯蒂·诺姆在内的国土安全部高级官员表示，他们更倾向于由共和党控制的州和地方政府管理拘留中心，而不是由私人监狱公司管理。

　　据悉，诺姆上周曾在佛罗里达州表示，正在与五个共和党领导的州进行谈判，考虑以在佛罗里达州“鳄鱼恶魔岛”拘留中心为蓝本建立其他居留场所，但未透露具体是哪些州。（总台记者 赵淼）
