SAN DIEGO, July 18, 2025 - Aardvark Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: AARD), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, has announced the granting of inducement awards to two new employees as part of their 2025 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan. The awards, consisting of stock options to purchase a total of 10,372 shares of common stock, were issued in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). The exercise prices are set at $13.04 and $12.11, based on the closing price of Aardvark's stock on the respective grant dates. The options vest over four years, with 25% vesting after one year and the remaining shares vesting monthly over the following three years, contingent on continued employment.
