智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月16日，美高域(01985)股东将股票存入阿仕特朗资本管理，存仓市值1.12亿港元，占比24.93%。
据公司截至2025年3月31日止年度年度业绩，收益14.91亿港元，同比增加20.83%;股东应占溢利815.7万港元，同比减少77.48%;每股基本盈利0.03港元。
7月10日，公司发布公告，因彼拟投入其他业务发展，陈惠卿女士已辞任财务总监、公司秘书、香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下所规定的公司的授权代表及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部及上市规则第 19.05(2)条项下所规定的代公司在香港接收法律程序文件或通知书的公司授权人士，自2025年7月11日起生效。陈女士将继续担任公司顾问。霍伟雄先生已获委任为财务总监、公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2025年7月11日起生效。
