Capital Industrial Financial Services Group Ltd. has announced a change in its auditor due to a failure to reach consensus on audit fees with its previous auditor, PwC, for the fiscal year 2025. The decision, aimed at prudent financial management, was recommended by the Audit Committee. PwC has tendered its resignation effective 17 July 2025, and there are no disagreements or disputes regarding this change that need to be communicated to the shareholders. SHINEWING has been appointed as the new auditor. The company assures that this change will not impact the annual audit for the year ending 31 December 2025.
