Rogers Communications Provides Pricing for $1.25 Billion Tender Offer

Rogers Communications (RCI) released late Friday the pricing of its tender offers to repurchase up to $1.25 billion of its outstanding notes.

The total consideration for 4.350% senior notes due 2049 was $814.59 per $1,000 principal amount of such series; 3.700% senior notes due 2049 was set at $738.97; 4.300% senior notes due 2048 was set at $814.06; and 4.500% senior notes due 2043 was set at $853.97, the company said.

The remaining series, 5.000% senior notes due 2044's total consideration was $900.44; 5.450% senior notes due 2043 was set at $940.99; 2.900% senior notes due 2026 at $980.36; and 3.800% Senior Notes due 2032 at $926.39, the company added.

The offer expires at 5 pm ET on Friday, the company said.
