　　能源股上涨，受益于欧盟批准对俄罗斯的新一轮制裁方案，其中包括修改石油价格上限。

　　由于投资者仍对与美国的关税谈判进展保持警惕，欧洲基准指数7月走势动荡。该股指距离3月创下的历史高点仍有约3%的差距。
