智通财经APP获悉，丘钛科技(01478)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.74%，报11.5港元，成交额6010.95万港元。
消息面上，丘钛科技公告，其间接全资附属公司印度丘钛将与印度电子制造服务商Dixon合作。Dixon初步同意通过股份购买及认购方式，收购印度丘钛合计51%的实缴股本，交易总代价初步协定为55.3亿印度卢比。此举旨在把握印度智能终端产品市场需求增长的潜力，利用Dixon的本土优势及市场需求，促进印度丘钛的快速增长和市场份额的提升。
此外，丘钛科技近日发布盈喜，预计中期净利润同比升1.5倍至1.8倍，中位数3.05亿元人民币，较市场预期高出20%，并达到该行全年预期的54%。花旗预计，市场对公司盈喜有正面反应，对舜宇光学科技亦有积极作用，显示即使出货量减少，产品组合改善仍可带来潜在利润增长。公司指利润上升主要归因于手机摄像头模组产品组合有利推动增长及毛利率改善; 指纹识别模组产品收入增长及毛利率改善，以及联营台湾新巨科的经营业绩改善。
