JBB Builders International (HKG:1903) expects an attributable loss of up to 9.9 million ringgit for the year ended June 30, compared with an attributable profit of 3 million ringgit a year prior, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The construction services provider attributed the anticipated swing to loss mainly to a significant rise in recognition of loss allowance for expected credit losses on trade receivables and contract assets, as well as higher general and administrative expenses.
