智通财经APP讯，绿新亲水胶体(01084)发布公告，继股东于2025年6月6日举行的股东特别大会上通过批准更改公司名称的特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长已于2025年6月10日发出变更名称注册证书，证明公司的英文名称已由“Green Future Food Hydrocolloid Marine Science Company Limited”变更为“Green Fresh Biotechnology Company Limited”，且公司双重外文名称则由“绿新亲水胶体海洋科技有限公司”变更为“绿新生物科技有限公司”。香港公司注册处处长已于2025年7月9日就更改公司名称发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书。
公司于联交所买卖股份所采用的中英文股份简称将分别由“GF HYDROCOLLOID”及“绿新亲水胶体”变更为“GREEN FRESH BIO”及“绿新生物科技”，自2025年7月22日上午九时正起生效。公司于联交所的股份代号维持不变，仍为“1084”。
