智通财经APP讯，TE HEALTHCARE(06877)发布公告，预期集团截至2025年6月30日止6个月将取得亏损净额约170万港元，而2024年同期则取得溢利净额约630万港元。
预期亏损净额主要由于：(a)公司于2025年上半年控股股东变更及因此触发的后续全面要约所产生的一次性专业费用约250万港元。该等费用包括法律、顾问及其他交易相关专业费用，属一次性支出，预期不会对集团未来财务表现造成持续影响，仅对集团2025年中期期间的业绩构成短期影响;及(b)集团向毛利率较高B2C业务板块的策略转型。尽管该转型已带来包括毛利率改善在内的正面成效，惟过程中仍面对阶段性挑战。相关转型挑战反映于2025年中期期间的毛利预期将较去年同期下降约210万港元，同时，广告及宣传开支适度增加约130万港元，以强化集团的长期品牌知名度及客户参与度。转型已带来未经审核毛利率的预期改善，由去年同期的39%提升至2025年中期期间的42%，彰显集团战略方向之有效性。
若撇除上述一次性专业费用，集团于2025年中期期间将取得溢利净额约80万港元，显示集团于策略转型期间仍具备稳健营运能力及高度适应性。
