Odaily星球日报讯 纳斯达克上市公司 Bit Origin（NASDAQ: BTOG）宣布与多位合格投资者达成协议，启动 DOGE 财库储备，融资总额高达 5 亿美元，其中包括 4 亿美元股权融资和 1 亿美元可转债融资。 公司计划将 DOGE 作为核心资产进行长期持有，目标是成为全球最大的上市 DOGE 持有方之一，并通过“每股持币量增长”实现长期价值提升。 Bit Origin 表示，DOGE 凭借极快的结算速度、庞大的社区规模以及日益扩大的商户接受度，在点对点支付和电商场景中正发挥越来越大的作用。公司希望 DOGE 能成为 Elon Musk 的 X 平台“X Money”支付体系的重要组成部分。 此次战略标志着 Bit Origin 从传统挖矿基础设施业务，向以公链价值参与为导向的数字资产运营企业转型。公司后续还计划探索围绕 DOGE 的支付应用、矿工服务、生态建设等新型业务。 目前，公司已完成首笔 1500 万美元可转债融资，并将用于首批 DOGE 采购。ATW Partners 提供资金支持，Chardan 担任本轮融资的独家代理。
