智通财经APP讯，新时代集团控股(00166)发布公告，于2025年7月24日(交易时段后)，公司间接全资附属公司煌鑫(Absolute Champ)、森德(Samore)及担保人订立该协议，据此，煌鑫有条件地同意出售，而森德有条件地同意收购出售股份(相当于宏鑫(ACPMR)已发行股份的49%)及出售贷款(相当于股东贷款的49%)，总代价约为1329.5万港元。该交易完成后，宏鑫将由煌鑫持有51%及由森德持有49%，并成为公司的间接非全资附属公司。
鉴于香港现时的经济状况及集团当前的财务、负债及流动资金状况，董事会认为该交易可让集团部分套现其于宏鑫的投资，并改善集团的流动资金。
