消息面上，7月21日，复星国际旗下复星财富国际控股在香港提交“星币”“Fosun Wealth RWA”等商标注册申请，或加速布局虚拟资产及代币化业务。据了解，复星国际此次商标申请涵盖虚拟资产、人工智能及跨境金融三大方向，包括“Fosun Crypto”“AI智能投顾”“FamilyOfficePlus”等标的。其注册时间与香港《数字资产发展政策宣言2.0》发布日(6月26日)重合，该政策明确提出将推动现实世界资产(RWA)代币化发展。
目前复星国际已获香港证监会升级版1号牌照，可通过虚拟资产交易平台(VATP)提供综合账户服务。旗下星路科技于7月23日举办RWA产品发布峰会，拟推出虚拟资产交易系统1.0版本。该公司CEO蔡华此前透露，正在推进多个资产代币化项目。此次商标注册涉及“星链”“星环”等系列品牌，显示复星或将构建基于区块链技术的生态体系。
