SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. has announced the signing of a new concession agreement with the Beiliu City Urban Management Supervision Bureau in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region for the Urban Wastewater Treatment Plant 3rd Phase Project in Beiliu City.
The project is designed to have a treatment capacity of 60,000 tonnes per day and will comply with Grade 1A standards under China's Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants.
The concession term has been extended to May 21, 2043. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to consider this unaudited information cautiously.
