据悉，Meta正在组建超级人工智能（AGI）团队，目标是打造超越OpenAI的GPT-5和谷歌的Gemini Ultra的通用AI模型。Meta为吸引顶尖人才，提供直接向CEO扎克伯格汇报的机会、无限算力资源和强大的GPU支持，并计划投入数百亿美元打造多个吉瓦级超级计算集群。近期，Meta从苹果挖来了基础模型团队负责人庞若鸣，其综合薪酬方案超2亿美元，年薪接近苹果CEO库克的三倍。此外，Meta还从OpenAI挖走了多名核心人才，包括主导GPT-4o“吉卜力风”图像生成功能的刘璐和多模态AI架构专家Allan Jabri。从公布的44名顶尖AI人才名单来看，40%来自OpenAI，华人占比达50%，且多为清北毕业。与此同时，OpenAI、微软、NVIDIA和亚马逊也在加码抢人，AI人才大战愈发激烈。
