中升控股(00881.HK) 今早平开后持续向上，盘中曾高见15.32元一度弹高12.2%，半日收14.84元上扬8.6%，为升幅最大蓝筹股，成交额2.29亿元。美东汽车(01268.HK) 股价亦弹高8.4%。
摩根士丹利发表报告表示，中国政府于7月17日宣布，将豪华车10%消费税的起征点从130万元降至90万元人民币。根据该行向内地经销商的调查，保时捷中国已同意为受影响的车型提供10%消费税补贴，该行认为，这项补贴彰显了保时捷中国的决心，并有利于经销商的新车利润率。
中升控股于去年年报曾指出，公司根据签订经销协议在各4S经销多品牌的汽车销售组合，包括梅赛德斯-卉驰、雷克萨斯、宝马、奥迪、捷豹路虎及保时捷等。(wl/u)
