智通财经APP讯，金涌投资(01328)发布公告，有鉴于(其中包括)集团与弘毅投资集团间的深厚关系，以及与圣贝拉有限公司，一家于开曼群岛注册成立的有限公司，其已发行股份于联交所主板上市(股份代号：2508)(圣贝拉)之间的潜在战略协同效应，公司与圣贝拉于2025年7月22日订立了一份不具约束力战略合作框架备忘录。
根据战略合作备忘录，公司及圣贝拉(及╱或其各自的关联方)将探索潜在合作范畴，包括海外战略发展及资本市场举措等方面，当中建议公司(及╱或其关联方)可在公司与圣贝拉(及╱或其关联方)进一步协商订立最终具体协议的基础上，为圣贝拉(及╱或其关联方)提供一系列的服务，包括但不限于海外业务发展及拓展咨询服务、海外资本市场及投资财务建议、投资管理产品及╱或资产配置等方面服务。
公告称，集团主要从事提供投资管理业务及战略性直接投资业务。公司相信战略合作备忘录为公司业务能力及潜能的一个有力证明。董事认为集团与圣贝拉根据战略合作备忘录(倘落实)项下拟进行的合作代表集团获得使其收入来源更多元化的机会，且订立战略合作备忘录符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
