Bastion Minerals (ASX:BMO) said Wednesday it has mutually agreed to settle a dispute with GTT Ventures, its former corporate advisor, related to an alleged breached contract, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Last month, GTT had alleged that the company breached a mandate agreement and is claiming $238,604.73 plus interest and costs.
GTT has now withdrawn the writ of summons served against Bastion, and each party will not pursue further legal action regarding the matter, Bastion said.
