7月24日金融一线消息，中国人民银行唐山市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，河北滦南农村商业银行因未按照规定履行客户身份识别义务以及未按照规定报送大额交易报告或者可疑交易报告，被中国人民银行唐山市分行罚款42万元。

　　王某飞（时任河北滦南农村商业银行副行长）、王某（时任河北滦南农村商业银行合规风险部经理）二人对上述违法行为负责，分别被罚款2万元。
