Odaily星球日报讯 据港交所公告，商汤集团宣布配售 16.67 亿股新 B 类股份，每股配售价 1.5 元以募集约 25 亿港元资金。该公司拟将配售所得款项净额的部分资金用于探索人工智能在创新垂直领域的技术融合与实践，包括但不限于自行或与战略合作伙伴开展具身智能机器人、区块链、真实世界资产（RWA）、数字资产、稳定币等业务并取得相关资质，以及用作一般营运资金。
