智通财经APP讯，绿心集团(00094)发布公告，(i)供股项下已提呈发售9.27亿股供股股份;及10名海外股东持有合共11.22亿股股份。董事会宣布，于接纳供股股份的最后时限2025年7月21日(星期一)下午四时正，已接获合共17份有效接纳，涉及合共7.22亿股供股股份，相当于发售股份总数约77.9%。因此，供股认购不足额为2.05亿股供股股份，相当于发售股份总数约22.1%，有关股份将根据补偿安排处理。
