IDENTIFIED ABOUT 1,000 CATHAY ACCOUNTS, MOST OF WHICH BELONG TO HONG KONG-BASED MEMBERS, WERE IMPACTED BY THIS INCIDENT
ENGAGED EXTERNAL EXPERT TO CONDUCT A COMPREHENSIVE INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION INTO THE INCIDENT.
