BlockBeats 消息，7 月 23 日，据 CNBC 报道，高盛和纽约梅隆银行即将宣布，他们已为机构投资者提供购买代币化货币市场基金的能力。据两家公司的高管表示，作为全球最大的托管银行，纽约梅隆的客户将可以投资于通过高盛区块链平台记录所有权的货币市场基金。
该项目已经吸引了包括贝莱德（BlackRock）、富达投资（Fidelity Investments）、Federated Hermes，以及高盛和纽约梅隆的资产管理部门在内的一批基金巨头参与。
华尔街巨头们认为，继特朗普总统上周签署标志着美国受监管稳定币到来的新法律（GENIUS 法案）之后，将 7.1 万亿美元规模的货币市场基金进行代币化，是数字资产领域的下一个重大飞跃。该法案预计将推动稳定币（通常与美元挂钩）在实际使用中的普及。摩根大通（JPMorgan Chase）、花旗银行（Citigroup）和美国银行（Bank of America）均表示正在探索将稳定币用于支付场景。
