智通财经APP讯，传承教育集团(08195)发布公告，该公司已于2025年7月23日(交易时段后)向联交所提交有关建议转板上市的正式申请。
建议转板上市将不涉及本公司发行任何新股份。
本公司自2014年10月10日起于GEM上市，董事会一直致力于实现业务显著增长，带动收入及溢利稳健提升。截至2023年、2024年及2025年3月31日止3个财政年度，本公司取得本公司拥有人应占年内溢利分别约为3340万港元、4560万港元及3710万港元。
董事会认为，凭藉主板较大的总市值、较高的成交量及相对较高的国际认可度，转板上市将提升本公司的企业形象及公众认可度。本公司认为，主板更严格的上市要求及相应的优质地位将成为对本集团既有的业务表现及成就的认可，从而提升本公司吸引优质客户、供应商及业务伙伴、把握新商机以及吸引及挽留人才的能力。
另一方面，主板吸引来自国际、区域及本地市场的广泛而活跃的专业、机构、私人及公众投资者。董事会认为，转板上市将为本公司提供更广阔的国际投资者基础，提升其投资者曝光率及国际形象，让本公司接触及吸引更广泛的机构及专业投资者，从而进一步提升本公司的股东基础。转板上市亦使股份可于流通性显著较高的交易所平台买卖，为股东及潜在投资者提供更佳的流通性环境，以进行及实现彼等于股份的投资。
