China Tower Corporation Ltd. held its first extraordinary general meeting of 2025 on 23 July in Beijing. The meeting included proposals for a change of directors and a change in the composition of board committees. The appointment of Mr. Wen Bugao as an independent non-executive director was approved. All proposals presented at the meeting were passed as ordinary resolutions.
