智通财经APP讯，联洋智能控股(01561)发布公告，于2025年7月22日，联洋智能控股有限公司董事会接获公司执行董事兼行政总裁王邦宜博士的辞职信。王博士希望将更多时间投放至其他业务权益，故辞任公司执行董事兼行政总裁。王博士已确认(i) 彼并无向公司或其任何附属公司提出任何申索，包括但不限于与其辞任有关的费用或赔偿申索;(ii) 彼与董事会并无意见分歧;及(iii) 亦无事宜须提请公司股东垂注。王博士辞任将不会导致董事会成员人数少于公司组织章程细则及相关法律法规所规定的人数。上述辞任自2025年7月23日起生效。
