智通财经APP获悉，英诺赛科(02577)涨超3%，截至发稿，涨2.99%，报46.5港元，成交额4298.14万港元。
消息面上，近日，英诺赛科宣布，计划配售1358.4万股新H股，每股配售价为40.5港元，较上一日收盘价44.45元折让约8.89%，配售所得款项净额约5.44亿港元。公告称，公司拟将所得资金约50%将用于产品升级迭代，拓展新产品应用的技术研发以增强产品竞争力，提高氮化镓产品在终端市场的渗透率；约25%用于偿还现有银行有息负债；约25%用于补充流动资金和一般营运用途。
富瑞发布研报称，英诺赛科折让近9%配售1,358万股新股，预料将集资5.5亿元，估算此次配股的摊薄效应为1.5%，所得资金可用于支持产能扩张，以提升市场采用率及降低单位成本。该行认为，通过此次配股集资，英诺赛科将解决2027年预计约5,000万美元的资金缺口问题。
该行续指，目前预测公司今年资本开支为5.7亿元人民币，至明年将增至14亿元人民币，相信英诺赛科将于今年下半年打入中国电动车供应链，明年加快产能扩张有助支持相关业务拓展，确保供应稳定性，并增强下游客户如电动车厂商采用氮化镓技术的信心，形成良性循环。
