路透北京7月24日 - 就美国上市的中国电商--拼多多PDD.O宣布更换审计机构为安永香港，花旗集团分析师指出，这可能表明这家性价比电商龙头正在寻求未来几个月内在香港进行双重上市或第二上市。
拼多多在周三美股盘前提交的一份6K文件中表示，公司已经委任位于香港的安永会计师事务所，作为公司独立注册会计师事务所，负责审计公司截至2025年12月31日止年度的财务报表及财务报告内部控制。
此前，拼多多审计师为总部位于北京的安永华明。
花旗分析师Alicia Yap对此表示，拼多多更换审计机构这一事件可以被视为股价的积极催化剂。若拼多多赴港寻求双重主要上市，这对投资者来说是积极的结果，而公司也将需要向香港交易所0388.HK作出更多必需的披露。
拼多多美股隔夜收升近3%，今年迄今涨幅约22%。（完）
