蒙牛乳业(2319.HK)公布，拟发行2023年到期的20亿元2厘的可持续发展债券、以及2035年到期的15亿元2.3厘的可持续发展债券，合共35亿元人民币。公司表示，拟将债券发行的所得款项净额用于根据国家发改委证明为其若干现有债务进行再融资。发售债券所得款项净额相等金额将分配至公司可持续融资框架中列明的若干绿色合资格类别及社会责任合资格类别。
