　　未来机器有限公司（01401）发布公告，董事会建议透过供股，按合资格股东于记录日期每持有2股现有股份获发1股供股股份的基准，以每股供股股份0.28港元的认购价发行5亿股供股股份，筹集所得款项总额（扣除开支前）最多约1.4亿港元。供股只供合资格股东认购，而非合资格股东将不得认购。

　　假设本公司已发行股本总额于记录日期或之前并无变动，且供股获悉数接纳，供股所得款项净额上限（经扣除估计开支）估计约为1.38亿港元。
