金吾财讯 | 国泰海通发研报指，北京时间7月22日，中国聚变能源有限公司（简称“中国聚变公司”）挂牌成立大会在沪举行。中核集团党组书记、董事长申彦锋与上海市委副书记、市长龚正共同为公司成立揭牌。中国聚变公司是中核集团二级子公司，成立的初衷为推进我国核聚变的工程化、商业化，并将重点布局总体设计、技术验证、数字化研发等业务，建设技术研发平台和资本运作平台。该机构表示，在中国聚变公司揭牌成立前，国内核聚变行业的主力军为聚变新能。2024年聚变新能通过增资扩股，其注册资本增至145亿元，股东涵盖安徽省与合肥市国有平台、中央企业、中国科学院及社会资本。中国聚变公司的成立标志着中核集团在核聚变领域的拓展决心，并依托昆仑资本、中核电力等央企资金拓展核聚变领域的布局。目前国内形成了以中国聚变公司、聚变新能两大主体为主力，众多商业化公司（能量奇点、星环聚能、星能玄光等）百花齐放的行业格局。中国聚变公司的成立有力推动了产业化的进程，国内核聚变行业迎来黄金发展时期。该机构续指，中国聚变能源有限公司的成立标志着核聚变行业再添关键力量，国内已形成以中国聚变能源有限公司、聚变新能为核心，商业化公司百花齐放的核聚变行业格局，核聚变产业化趋势逐渐清晰。建议重点关注核聚变上游设备环节以及中核体系上市公司。
