Renergen (ASX:RLT) said the Competition Commission approved ASP Isotopes' offer to acquire all Renergen shares, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The implementation of the offer is still subject to and will only become operative upon the fulfillment of the outstanding conditions set out in a May 20 circular by Sept. 30, unless extended.
The company's shares fell almost 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
