消息面上，康方生物宣布，自主研发的全球首创PD-1/VEGF双特异性抗体新药依沃西（商品名：依达方®）联合化疗联合/不联合莱法利（CD47单抗）用于一线转移性胰腺癌的关键/注册性III期研究（AK112-310/HARMONi-GI2），已完成首例患者入组。依沃西联合化疗联合/不联合莱法利有望填补治疗转移性胰腺癌一线免疫疗法的空白。
值得注意的是，7月16日，公司官网宣布，其全球同靶点首创双抗依沃西单抗，用于一线治疗晚期pMMR/MSS型（错配修复功能完整/微卫星稳定）mCRC(转移性结直肠癌)的注册性3期临床研究（AK112-312/HARMONi-GI6）已完成首例患者入组。国金证券指出，卡度尼利与依沃西于2024年被纳入国家医保，预计2025年起将带来销售收入的加速放量。依沃西，已通过联用布局18个适应症，展开超过27项临床，其中包括12项3期临床和7项头对头研究；卡度尼利，已布局20个适应症并开展28项临床试验。
