智通财经APP获悉，Liberty Energy(LBRT.US)与Oklo(OKLO.US)两家公司宣布建立联盟，旨在为数据中心、工业设施和公用事业级场所等大规模高需求客户加速提供综合电力解决方案。截至周三美股收盘，Liberty Energy与Oklo股价分别涨17.78%和9.21%。
Liberty Energy表示，其Forte天然气发电与负荷管理解决方案将提供初始可靠的主电源和灵活的能源服务，以及未来专注于优化和弹性的电网管理服务；随着Oklo的Aurora发电设施投入运营，它们将被整合以提供清洁、持续的基载能源，与Liberty的天然气发电形成互补。
Liberty首席执行官Ron Gusek表示："这一创新方法重新定义了当今能源密集型行业如何通过具有成本效益的下一代电力解决方案实现高效扩展，结合快速部署、智能负荷管理和综合电网管理。"
