智通财经APP讯，力宝华润(00156)公布，力宝(00226)董事会已议决力宝向于计划记录日期名列力宝股东名册的力宝股东，以实物分派力宝全资附属公司及该公司直接控股公司 Skyscraper Realty Limited现时持有的最多约3.03亿股公司股份(占公司已发行股本总额约 33.01%)的方式宣派有条件特别分派。待所有分派条件获达成后，力宝股东将可按股票方式(力宝股东每持有 1000 股力宝股份可收取 615 股股份，并向下调整至最接近的整数)或现金方式收取其于分派项下的配额。分派项下的股票方案将以转让 Skyscraper 现时持有的股票方案股份予选择收取股票方案的力宝股东的方式偿付。于本公布日期，概无分派条件已获达成。
于本公布日期，力宝透过 Skyscraper 间接拥有 689,018,438 股股份的权益，约占已发行股份的 74.99%。紧随分派后，于分派中选择收取股票方案的力宝股东将成为公司股东。
