3HA Capital made a revised final offer price of SG$0.25 per share to acquire all the shares in CosmoSteel (SGX:B9S), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.

Shares of the company were up over 4% in recent trading.

The final offer price has been declared unconditional as minimum acceptances condition has been satisfied, with closing date for the offer extended to July 28.

The offer has received valid acceptances for around 87.88% of the total number of voting rights of the company.
