三星从2020年开始在Galaxy Note 20中首次搭载UWB技术，并随后在其旗舰Galaxy S（仅限 Plus 和 Ultra 版本）和Galaxy Z Fold系列中配备了UWB，但此前始终未在Galaxy Z Flip系列中提供。
IT之家查询三星中国Galaxy Z Flip7产品参数页面，并未发现UWB相关描述，而在韩版产品页面中，明确列出支持UWB。
而且这并非错误，韩版Galaxy Z Flip7目前出现在谷歌Play控制台支持UWB的设备列表中。此外，通过三星远程测试实验室测试的韩国版设备在“设置”中的“连接”选项下显示有“超宽带（UWB）”的切换项，与其他配备UWB的三星手机相同。
