智通财经APP讯，中国健康科技集团(01069)发布公告，于2025年7月22日(交易时段后)，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，据此，配售代理已有条件同意担任公司的配售代理以按尽力基准促成配售最多1700万股配售股份予不少于六名承配人，该等承配人及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方，配售价为每股配售股份0.28港元。
配售价较于2025年7月22日(即配售协议日期)在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.340港元折让约17.65%。
配售事项的所得款项净额于扣除相关费用及开支后估计约为463万港元。
