智通财经APP讯，龙蟠科技(02465)发布公告，董事会建议将本公司的中文名称由“江苏龙蟠科技股份有限公司”更改为“江苏龙蟠科技集团股份有限公司”，本公司的英文名称由“Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Co., Ltd.”更改为“Jiangsu Lopal Tech. Group Co., Ltd.”(更改公司名称);及修订本公司的公司章程以反映(其中包括)取消本公司监事会(监事会)。
本公司英文股票简称和中文股票简称将维持不变。
本公司成立于2003年，经过二十多年的策略性增长与发展，本公司亦透过其附属公司扩大其产品组合、规模及在业界的市场占有率。凭藉持续的指数级增长，本公司的版图得以转型，正式采用“集团”的称号代表与本公司扩大后的企业架构在策略上保持一致。董事会相信，建议更改公司名称将为本公司提供更合适的企业形象及身份，更能反映本公司的业务现状及未来发展方向。这将有利于本公司未来的业务发展。因此，董事会认为建议更改公司名称符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
