智通财经APP获悉，7月21日，香港科技园公司宣布委任黄秉修为新任行政总裁。黄秉修将于2025年8月1日正式就职，接替完成九年多任期后将卸任的黄克强。
在加入科技园公司之前，黄秉修担任沙特阿拉伯大型智慧城市发展项目NEOM的区域及城市智慧交通执行总监，领导整体交通运输部的发展，负责战略规划、投资、建设及营运智慧出行系统和创新商业模式，包括自动驾驶、零排放和数码整合交通方案。
黄秉修亦曾在港铁公司(00066)工作超过10年，期间担任多个高层管理职位，包括港铁澳洲业务及国际顾问业务行政总裁，领导当地的铁路业务，包括悉尼及墨尔本多项重要交通及基础建设项目的投资、建设和营运。
