根据审视结果，特别委员会认为本集团已建立完善的关连交易管理制度，涵盖政策、识别机制、审批流程、报告及披露规定。审视期间发现的问题主要与提交报告的文件编制和及时性有关，而该等问题已得到纠正。
自进行审视以来，本公司已就日后违反关连交易规定或程序的行为引入问责性及纪律处分措施。凡未能遵守既定内部监控或报告规定，均须接受内部调查，且责任人可能会根据本公司的内部政策面临纪律处分。
特别委员会确认，本集团的关连交易管理制度不存在重大内部监控缺陷，现行制度足以支持业务发展和合规管理的需要。本集团将继续加强内部监控，以确保全面监控和及时披露关连交易，保障本公司及其股东的利益。
