消息面上，同源康医药今日宣布，公司自主研发的三款创新药物——CDK2/4抑制剂TY-00540、CDK7抑制剂TY-2699a及CDK4/6抑制剂TY-302的I期临床试验结果，正式获2025年欧洲肿瘤内科学会(ESMO)大会以壁报形式收录。相关详细数据将于会议期间展示，并同步发表于ESMO官方期刊《Annals of Oncology》。作为全球肿瘤学领域最具影响力的学术会议之一，此次收录标志着国际学术界对这三款药物早期临床价值的认可。
值得注意的是，今年3月，同源康医药发布公告称，公司自主研发的TY-9591在与肺癌治疗“明星药物”奥希替尼的头对头较量中显示出统计学意义和临床意义的明显改善。根据公司指引，TY-9591已于今年4月提交Pre-NDA申请，并预计今年Q2正式提交附条件上市NDA申请，意味着该产品离关键商业化时间节点越来越近。此外，同源康医药6月9日正式获纳入恒生生物科技指数成份股。
