Waystar nears deal to buy Iodine Software for up to $1.2 billion, WSJ reports
July 23 (Reuters) - Healthcare software firm Waystar WAY.O is nearing a deal to buy privately held Iodine Software in a deal worth over $1.2 billion including debt, the Wall Street Journal reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
