伯恩斯坦分析师表示：“上周五，美国总统签署了《GENIUS 法案》，稳定币如今正式在美国成为合法的数字现金。考虑到以太坊作为稳定币的主要底层通道，它的高光时刻终于到来了——过去两周内，ETH 已上涨约 45%。”
